Shipping Policy

CTR will ship out your order within 1 – 2 business days after full payment is processed. There are a number of details to consider that will determine how your order will be shipped:

1. Total size of all items
2. Total weight of items
3. Final destination
4. How quickly the items are needed

Generally, the preferred method of shipping will be via Expedited Canada Post. The shipping costs will be calculated using the above details and added to your order total. Then, full payment will be processed. Once all details are completed, we will be happy to ship the order out!

If you prefer a different method of shipping, we can offer:

a. Expedited Post (for Regional Delivery about 2 – 3 days, for National Delivery about 3 – 9 days)
b. Greyhound Courier (usually 2 – 4 business days)
A Depot must be chosen for an order to be shipped this method
**Chart to be determined once website sales are determined**
c. Local City Courier (within Calgary) (usually 1 – 2 business days)
- Full Street Address is required
d. Courier (for destinations within Alberta) (usually 2 – 3 days)
- Full Street Address is required
